  • At Tyler Gadgets, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward refund and return policy to ensure your peace of mind.

    1. Return Eligibility

    You may return most items purchased from Tyler Gadgets within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:

    • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
    • All accessories, manuals, and promotional items must be included.
    • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” are not eligible for returns.

    2. How to Initiate a Return

    To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return.
    2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions on how to return your item.
    3. Package Your Return: Safely pack the item, including all original packaging and documentation, and write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

    3. Return Shipping

    Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items to ensure that your return is received.

    4. Refund Processing

    Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

    5. Exchanges

    If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the same return process outlined above. Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund for the original item, and you can place a new order for the desired item.

    6. Late or Missing Refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
